MentalHealth installment 2: Last month, I create different "mood scenes" in my office. The one in this video is "Blackout." After lunch and again after work, I set this scene and work through a Fitbit (now part of Google) "Mindfulness" session (https://blog.fitbit.com/mindfulness-tools/). It's been a great use of 5 to 15 minutes to recenter, move my mind back into the present and get back to work.
